1 Norgren Life Sciences: Our Focus on VRA You can see our thinking engineering advantage

2 market-leading fluid solutions for VRA Why partner with us for your fluidic solutions? CREATING ADVANTAGE WITH PEOPLE, PRODUCTS, INNOVATION AND SERVICE A world leader in motion and fluid technologies, Norgren works closely with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their engineering needs, and then connects its people, products and expertise to give their equipment and their business a clear advantage. We call this Engineering Advantage. With a sales and service network in 75 countries as well as manufacturing capability in the USA, Germany, China, UK, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Mexico and Brazil we have genuine global capability. We also think local and niche: on focusing our resources on delivering a specific product, solution or service to meet our customers needs. As a responsible business, we re committed to working practices which contribute positively to the environments in which we work. We offer: > High performance products from high proportional s for respirators, to precision dispense syringe pumps, Norgren has a range of proven and reliable products for the Life Sciences. These can be delivered as discrete components, modified to meet OEM, or integrated into manifolds. > exceptional local service delivered through Key Account Management teams and sector specialists committed to understanding and meeting our customers engineering challenges, wherever they are. > innovation & technical excellence through four global technical centres and the experience of specialist engineering teams. We have a portfolio of patented solutions, and are always developing new and cost-effective technologies. At Norgren Life Sciences our reputation has been demonstrated, and is continually developed, through our long & successful partnerships with a large number of small, medium and multinational OEMs for VRA: > Ventilators > Respiratory Devices > Anaesthesia Delivery True Partnership Our aspiration is to be your first thought when requiring a fluid solution for VRA: 1 Tap into our 40 years of technical knowledge of designing and optimising precision fluid for the VRA Sector. 2 Rapidly expand your R&D capabilities gain immediate access to our global R&D department of over 500 engineers and experts in fluid for VRA. 3 Gain economies of scale by utilising our wide range of precision products and technologies, specifically designed to provide customised solutions for our VRA customers. Additionally, we excel best when we work in partnership with you designing and producing bespoke innovative components and sub-assemblies unique to your application only. We have demonstrated cost reduction, operational efficiency, improved fluidic performance and innovative advantage by working in true partnership. In the following pages we demonstrate some of our capabilities and wide range of precision products for VRA. Most parts were derived from standard products but configured, tuned or applied to our customer s highly specific functional requirements. For simpler installation and a smaller footprint, many products were designed for integration into sub-assembly manifolds. Additionally, to reduce waste from discarded anesthesia gas bottles that were not completely exhausted, Norgren suggested a modified regulator that allowed the gases to continue to at a lower, maximising gas used. With the best size to performance ratio for proportional technology on the market and capabilities to provide a complete integrated platform, Norgren s experience providing market leading fluidic technology for the VRA market gives our customers competitive advantage.
