1 Huntsman Corporation is a global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated chemicals with 2014 revenues of approximately $13 billion including the acquisition of Rockwood s performance additives and TiO 2 businesses. Our chemical products number in the thousands and are sold worldwide to manufacturers serving a broad and diverse range of consumer and industrial end markets. We operate more than 100 manufacturing and R&D facilities in 30 countries and employ approximately 16,000 associates within our 5 distinct business divisions.

2 People, Planet, Profit: Sustainability at Huntsman We see a better world, one in which our innovations help reduce consumption of natural resources and improve the quality of life for people around the world. We see a work environment that encourages our associates to improve their processes to reduce resource consumption and turn waste streams into profitable products and, as a result, create and sustainable jobs and enhance the bottom line. We see a company that not only boasts a strong balance sheet, but is also an active contributor to society and a champion for protecting our environment. As global megatrends and human population growth put ever-increasing pressures on food, drinking water and energy supplies, Huntsman is developing products that reduce energy use and decrease strain on natural resources. From advanced transportation, aerospace and building materials to products that promote cleaner air and energy conservation, we re developing solutions that benefit people, protect the planet and grow our profits. For example: In Japan, Huntsman s Polyurethanes division is providing water-blown spray polyurethane foam that is lowering energy consumption in homes by 30 percent. This energy-saving idea is particularly important in Japan, which faced a shutdown of its nuclear power program after the earthquake and resulting tsunami in Our Advanced Materials division is working with the world s leading automobile brands to build lighter, more fuel-efficient vehicles. One of the most ambitious projects in this field is the BMW i-concept for urban electric vehicles. We provide materials for the single piece of carbon composite body an innovation in mass production. In the textile manufacturing market, Huntsman s Textile Effects division has developed products that help save energy and conserve natural resources. Used in the dyeing of garments, our Avitera SE products significantly reduce water and energy consumption and CO 2 emissions. To enable cosmetic companies to make creamy, rich formulations that deliver long-lasting effects without the use of sulfates, silicone or ethylene oxide, our Performance Products division has created free-from formulations based on sustainable, naturally derived materials. When sunlight heats up colorful building surfaces, their internal temperatures rise and place heavy loads on air-conditioning systems, increasing energy use and related CO 2 emissions. Our Pigments business has created Altiris technology. Used in paint formulations for metal, clay and concrete roofing systems, Altiris helps reduce energy use in color applications by reflecting the damaging rays of the sun.

3 A world of products and markets Huntsman serves a variety of end markets, the largest of which is consumer related, followed by paints and coatings, insulation and other construction materials, chemicals, energy and aerospace. We hold global leadership positions number one or two in many product categories, such as MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate), polyurethane catalysts, epoxy adhesives, epoxy powder coating systems, aerospace composites, electrical insulating materials, textile effect chemicals, polyetheramines, ethylene and propylene carbonates and maleic anhydride. To serve these and other key industries, Huntsman has five business divisions: Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Pigments and Additives, Polyurethanes and Textile Effects.
