5 SCP Strategy in EQM Plan Aims to shift towards more environmental-friendly production processes and consumption behavior while resulting in better quality of life, more environmental safety and better health conditions for citizens Includes six work programs: 1. Promotion of sustainable consumption 2. Restructuring towards sustainable agriculture 3. Restructuring towards sustainable industry 4. Sustainable tourism 5. Sustainable infrastructure 6. Renewable energy

7 The M & E Mechanism under the EQMP (5 yrs plan) Submit the EQMP National Environment Board (NEB) The EQMP approved EQMP Committee (formulate the EQMP): ONEP was the secretariat of the committee Distribute the EQMP: ONEP distribute the EQMP to organisations to let them know the plan. Monitor and Evaluate the EQMP: ONEP distribute questionnaires to relevant organisations to fill in the forms before evaluating the data. Report results: ONEP report results from monitoring and evaluation processes to the National Environment Board
