1 Universal Cleaning Machine. - LAAB. Innovations for a better world.

2 - LAAB. Universal cleaning machine -LAAB. Cleaning, grading and aspiration. Cleaning & Grading is an essential step at any grain or other bulk goods processing plant. The goal is to optimize the storage life of the grain and improve product quality. This step can prevent disease, improve the process flow and enhance production reliability. Customer Benefits: Large screen area on a small footprint Strong inlet and outlet aspiration Long service life Easy sieve change-over Stainless steel sieve frames 2

3 - LAAB. The universal cleaning machines of the series have been proven and tested worldwide for grain cleaning in single-grade or dual-grade operations without screen changes. This rugged line of machinery is ideally suited for pre-cleaning and the main cleaning cycles in collection and reception plants, port facilities, mills, silo and storage facilities as well as seed processing and malting plants. It guarantees high-performance, economical and, last but not least, environmentally friendly cleaning. High system availability high throughput. Thanks to high screen density and the time-tested plan sifter principle, the cleaners achieve high throughput capacities in a small space. All machines for intake cleaning (except 153A-1) can be equipped with a screen change over system which allows to alternate between two different products without screen changes. Safety features such as the oscillation monitor on the screen boxes prevent the system from failing. Highest standards of operational reliability and longevity. The family of machines was conceived to deliver round-the- clock (24/7) operation and fulfill the highest production demands. The perforated screens on durable steel frames are kept residue-free via a proven rubber ball cleaning system. The cleaning units can be optionally equipped with Rhino-Hyde lining to provide additional wear protection and reduce noise levels during operation. Convenient air volume regulation. Twice-over use of aspiration air ensures the costeffectiveness of the cleaning process. The unit s stepless air volume regulation and vertical sifter with adjustable cross-section and inspection window guarantee that products are cleaned optimally. 3

Because of the larger main screen surface in comparison to the pre-screen surface the machine types 153A-1 and 206A-2 can also be used for grain processing and grading. Function diagram 206A-6 C B A Corresponding to space conditions and customer requirements all types can be equipped only with a vertical sifter and without inlet aspiration (Version TS). Another possibility is the separation of the inlet aspiration unit and screen box where both parts are connected via a channel (Version TS + AS) For reliable and precise grading of grains, two of our top models enjoy an outstanding reputation worldwide: - 210A-1 (for double grading) - 200A-III (for triple grading) C B A Both types are used primarily for screen grading in malting and processing plants. Because of the very large main screen surface (up to 40m²) high grading capacities can be achieved.connected via a channel (Version TS + AS). Function diagram 210A-1 5
