1 PIPELINE SYSTEMS (as of ) The Northeast Gas Association (NGA) has prepared this summary based on publicly-available information. NGA will strive to keep the information as updated as possible and notes that this information may change pending project developments. May not include all projects. Valley Lateral Millennium Pipeline The Project will connect Millennium s gas mainline to Mid-2018 Project CPV s energy center in Wawayanda, NY, and provide access to natural gas for a new 650 MW combined-cycle electric power generating facility. Atlantic Sunrise Approx. 200 miles of pipe, incl. about 185 miles of new pipe in PA, 11 miles of pipeline looping in PA, 2.5 miles of pipeline replacement in VA, and associated equipment and facilities. Designed to increase deliveries by 1.7 Bcf/d to markets in Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S. Mid-2018 for full project capacity Filed with FERC, Nov Received environmental assessment from FERC, Approved by FERC, U.S. Court of Appeals ruled in June that Millennium should seek redress from FERC re: NY DEC certificate delay.
