2 CILJEVI: 1. Razgovarati o strategijama urbane obnove 2. Educiranje djelatnika u javnoj upravi 3. Olakšanje primjene Direktive o Energetskoj Učinkovitosti PRISTUP: 1. Poboljšati komunikaciju između svih dionika i pronaći zajednička rješenja 2. Treninzi za javne djelatnike u svim nacionalnim klasterima 3. Razmjena najbolje prakse i znanja 4. Međusobno povezivanje i osnaživanje postojećih radnih skupina 2

3 Glavni ciljevi projekta: 1) uspostava strukture i izgradnja kapaciteta za provedbu SEAPa na lokalnoj razini 2) identificirati i pripremiti 23 projekta u suradnji s lokalnim zajednicama 3) pomoć pri implementaciji ostalih akcija iz SEAPa FSB team će podržati lokalne zajednice u Hrvatskoj Velika Gorica Kogeneracija na biomasu i centralni toplinski sustav Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija OIE te električna vozila i infrastruktura Voditelj hrvatskog udjela u projektu: Doc. dr.sc.
