The property is within the Mixed-Use Office Commercial (MUOC) area of the Southwood Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district. The future land use of the site is Planned Development (PD). Development of the site will be required to meet the development standards of the Southwood PUD and the Tallahassee Land Developmen Code, and the proposed use must comply with all State of Florida Department of Health requirements.
