Ammonia base FGD In Ammonia-based FGD process, ammonia with high reactivity is used as absorbent to capture SO 2 in the Flue gas, and the by-product of the process is ammonium sulfate fertilizer. SO 2 + H 2 O + x NH 3 (NH 4 ) x H 2-x SO 3 (1) (NH 4 ) x H 2-x SO 3 + ½ O 2 + (2-x) NH 3 (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 (2) Ammonium sulfate solution is refined through concentration, crystallization, solid-liquid separation, drying to obtain ammonium sulfate fertilizer.

Performance SO 2 emission 35mg/Nm 3 PM emission 5mg/Nm 3 Ammonia recovery 99% SO 2 removal efficiency>99%

Technical Advantages No Solid Waste By-product Ammonium sulfate is fertilizer with wide market No Waste Water Meeting the requirement of ZLD

Technical Advantages Ammonia is an absorbent with high reactivity, SO 2 removal efficiency over 99% can be achieved. Excellent adaptability, can be applied to treat flue gas with SO 2 concentration ranging from 300 to 30,000 mg/nm 3 Achieving ultra-low emission, the emission level of natural-gas generators on SO 2 and PM can be achieved

Technical Advantages Resource recovery, 1 ton ammonia usage removes 2 ton SO 2 and produces 3.8 ton ammonium sulfate fertilizer Low operating cost, 50%-100% lower than the limestone-gypsum process, or even generating profits.

Technical Advantages Zero CO 2 is generated in the process; in the limestone-gypsum process, 0.7 ton CO 2 will be generated for 1 ton SO 2 removal Meeting the low SO 2 concentration requirement of the Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) system, the SO 2 emission can be controlled to lower than 2 ppm

Project Overview JNEP has completed 100+ EADS projects with 300 installation units covering various industrial sectors such as power, chemical processing, petrochemical, iron and steel. All our completed projects have complied with the emission standards. Has met Ultra-low Regulation, which is the most strict regulation in the world. The capacity of the largest completed project is over 2,000 MW (Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry ) Largest flow rate of flue gas treated by one single absorber is 2.19M m 3 /hr, which is equivalent to the flue gas generated from the 500 MW power generation set. Among the projects in operation, the longest operating time is more than 10 years and is still in operation; the longest continuous operation period of the absorber is more than 2 years.
