2 SENSOR TECHNOLOGY Being the core of our analysers, the ENSitu sensors guarantee a high degree of plant safety due to their outstanding measuring accuracy. The robustness of the sensor reduces long-term maintenance costs by extending the system uptime and thereby enables a sustainable management process. The ENSitu sensor is perfectly positioned within the process to immediately identify any change in the gas composition. Efficient control of fuel usage in combustion chambers is now possible. EN Situ MLT The best sensor for measurement of O 2, which is just as reliable and robust in reducing atmospheres, thanks to integrated Cell Surface Protection. The ENSitu MLT is suitable for the toughest applications, thanks to the catalyst used by ENOTEC. Interfering gas components are rendered harmless due to precise chemical reactions. 3 OXITEC 5000 O 2 ANALYSIS FOR INTELLIGENT PROCESS MANAGEMENT To control of the system optimally for a safe and efficient operation, one needs to have trust in the measured O 2 values. The excess air in the combustion process is the parameter which needs to be controlled. A target range of 0.5-2% O 2 is desirable and also attainable with ENOTEC systems. Oxygen values below 0.5% O 2 are an indicator for an incomplete combustion which produces an increase in unburned molecules. Values above 2% O 2 will lead to an unnecessary cooling of the system. CALIBRATION OVERVIEW The display shows a 2-point calibration currently in process where the actual measured value is always shown. Already now one gets an idea of the quality of the measurement. The possibility to refer to earlier calibrations enhances your knowledge of your process conditions and reduces the risk of handling errors during future calibrations. DYNAMICS OF THE PROCESS Unplanned downtime of the system can be minimized by the self-diagnostic function of the sensor. The function O 2 sensor life informs you of the state of the sensor and informs in advance when a replacement is needed.

Changes in the gas composition can be detected quickly and accurately and form the basis for proactive process monitoring. OXITEC 5000 GasEx is an InSitu Analyser System, which plies the advantages of proven OXITEC quality to the challenges of gas explosion zones 1/2, for highest plant safety. 6 OXITEC Economy INSITU MEASUREMENT IN SAFE AREAS TECHNICAL DATA Economy OXITEC systems is useful for small and medium-sized combustion plants. The filter head with its standard sintered metal filter allows for the installation of the probe in dust laden flue gases. The calibration connection allows the user to check the measurement at any time after installation. 7 OXITEC 500E EXTRACTIVE MEASUREMENTS TECHNICAL DATA The extractive analyser OXITEC 500E, was specially developed as a 19 rack for continuous measurement of O 2 in analyser cabinets. In combination with an ENOTEC gas sampling and conditioning system, the oxygen content can be measured in wet and dry flue gas and process gas and water vapour with a detection limit of 1ppm.
