4 Using pureair FRIDGE 1. Turn pureair FRIDGE on by pressing the ON/OFF Button once. The Light flashes Green to show pureair FRIDGE is on. If the Light doesn t flash Green, charge pureair FRIDGE (see below). 2. Place pureair FRIDGE anywhere in your refrigerator. Take care not to put anything against the Top Air Vent or Rear Air Intake. 3. Turn pureair FRIDGE off by pressing the ON/OFF Button again. Note: The Light always flashes green whenever the refrigerator door is open and pureair FRIDGE has enough charge. The Light turns off automatically whenever the refrigerator door is closed to preserve battery life, but pureair FRIDGE is still working. Charging Beeping and a Red Indicator Light tell you that pureair FRIDGE needs charged. Connect a powered Micro-USB Cable to the USB Charging Port. pureair FRIDGE is charged and ready when the USB Charging Port Light changes from Red to Green. Initial charging time varies and can take up to eight hours, so you might simply let it charge overnight. After this first charge, it will only take four to six hours to charge. 5 Keeping pureair FRIDGE Clean It is best to clean pureair FRIDGE every 6 months. 1. Remove pureair FRIDGE from your refrigerator and turn it off. 2. Vacuum out the Rear Air Intake and the Top Air Vent. Note: Blowing air into the Rear Air Intake or Top Air Vent in order to clean pureair FRIDGE is not advised. Doing so may limit the quality of the purified air produced by pureair FRIDGE. 3. Dip a cotton swap in isopropyl alcohol and insert it into the Top Air Vent. Gently rotate the swab and clean the entire area until all visible contamination has been removed. Use a clean cotton swab to dry the cleaned area. Repeat with the Rear Air Intake. 4. Wipe down the outside of pureair FRIDGE with a damp cloth. 5. Let pureair FRIDGE dry before charging or resuming operation. 7 Warranty TAKE THE TIME TO REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY Please register your new GreenTech Environmental Air Purification product within 10 days of purchase: For customers in the United States go to For customers in Australia go to WARRANTY Your pureair FRIDGE Refrigerator Purifier is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal household use for a period of 1 Year from date of purchase. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser and members of his or her immediate household. The warranty is subject to the following provisions. Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Owner s Manual are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defects or damages caused by unauthorized service are not covered. GreenTech Environmental will, at its option, repair or replace a defective Air Purifier that is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, GreenTech Environmental will not refund the customer s purchase price. To obtain warranty service you must return the defective Air Purifier along with proof of purchase to the GreenTech Environmental Authorized Warranty Station. All transportation charges on parts, or units, submitted under this Warranty shall be borne by purchaser. Unless this Warranty is expressly renewed or extended by GreenTech Environmental, any repaired or replaced part of unit shall be warranted to the original purchaser only for the length of the unexpired portion of the original warranty. FURTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSION Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the Air Purifier, including any warranty of merchantability or any warranty for Fitness For A Particular Purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Your relief for the breach of this warranty is limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall GreenTech Environmental be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase or use of the Air Purifier. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 7
