Paint existing soffits throughout mall concourse. Re-lamp existing light fixtures throughout mall concourse. Replace existing acoustical ceiling tiles throughout mall concourse. New carpeted seating areas with new lounge furniture and landscaping pots. Remove existing wood column wraps, replace with new stone veneer column wraps. Refinish Information Desk and highlight bowling alley entrance. Add wayfinding signage / signage package to mall concourse. 2.
