2 Our New Low Energy Series You may be aware of the two new developments in air filtration standards within the UK & Europe, that came into force in The first of these is the introduction of a new test method (EN779:2012), this replaces EN779:2002 and will mean that many ofthe air filters rated F7, F8 and F9 supplied in the UK for many years will no longer pass the criterion of the new test method. The second development is a new standard that determines the Energy performance of air filters in a similar way to that of refrigerators, Televisions etc., this standard is Eurovent4/11. It shows an energy rating A to G for all products. As a forward thinking company we have been developing new materials & products to meet the new test method and standard and have product that meets these requirements, the benefits of this new generation of products is improved energy cost savings along with elevated levels of performance and longer product life. Please note however, should you wish to continue using the products you have used in the past we will continue to service these requirements unabated.
