Since then TYK Filters diversified into a group of companies that manufacture a wide range of filter products for the automotive and industrial market. 4 FULLY RECYCLABLE & INCINERABLE Flomax Filtration is proud to be an environmentally conscious manufacturer. Our frames are made from Polypropylene (PP) which is a 100% recyclable and incinerable plastic. Manufacture and usage of our filters promotes an eco-friendly industry by reducing plastic waste and increasing the rate of recycled materials in the market, and saving on the cost of disposal.

5 PANEL FILTERS Flomax panel filters are commonly used as pre filters, designed to capture "large" particles and thus help to extend the life of the filtration system (such as the more expensive HEPA filters, gas/odor cartridges, V-bank and pocket filters) by preventing dust coating and clogging. Our panel filters can be used reliably for air intake and recirculation systems. Features: Lightweight frame made with high grade polypropylene plastic. 6 RIGID POCKET FILTERS The Flomax Rigid Pocket filter is specially designed to remove smaller contaminants such as fine dust, smoke vapors and bacteria. Our filter is constructed to withstand extreme humidity, high velocities and turbulence and excels for use in all types of air handling systems. Features: Synthetic depth loading high capacity filter media, usually electrostatically charged for increased efficiency. Fully recyclable and incinerable polypropylene light frame and media. Low pressure drop non-shedding fibers specially designed to resist moisture and most chemicals. High durability construction, utilizing plastic injection technology polypropylene without glue. Self-supported filter pockets stay rigid keeping pressure drop low. Spacers separate the pockets and optimally channel the air, resulting in lower pressure drop and reduced energy costs. 8 CANISTER FILTERS Flomax canister filters are designed specifically for use in gas turbine inlet air systems Features: Flomax Turbine Canister Filter provides exceptionally low pressure drop at high efficiency levels. These filter cartridges provide an optimized ratio between filtering area, fold depth and number of folds and the filter media is sufficiently rigid to prevent the folds from collapsing even at high pressure drops. Synthetic mixed media satisfies the mechanical, thermal and chemical requirements for the most sophisticated turbine inlet systems. The progressively structured depth and surface loading filter media stores the dust in the depths of the media, thus providing optimized filtration performance along with a low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity. Synthetic filter media is 100% resistant to moisture.
