6 Sustainable Advantages for Private Student Housing Often utilities are included in the rent. Sustainability offers operational savings and quicker return on investment (ROI) Students are interested in apartment community sustainable features/amenities and engaging in responsible lifestyle. Parents want to make sure that housing provider is controlling operational costs. Universities are expanding their sustainability programs to control their costs and promote environmental responsibility among staff and students.
