18 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECORDING CONSTRUCTIVE NOTIFICATION After determining a develpment is required t cmplete a Strmwater Cntrl Plan (SWCP) with pst cnstructin Best Management Practices (BMPs), the applicant (land wner/develper) shall recrd a Cnstructive Ntificatin fr Private Strmwater Management System Operatins and Maintenance with the San Luis Obisp Cunty Clerk-Recrder s ffice. The cnstructive ntificatin shall be recrded prir t ccupancy. OVERVIEW OF PROCEDURE I. Cmplete Cnstructive Ntificatin and Exhibits The applicant shall fill ut the three (3) part cnstructive ntificatin prir t submitting fr review and apprval. (See DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS belw fr filling ut the Cnstructive Ntificatin, EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B frms.) II. Submit the Cnstructive Ntificatin & Exhibits t the Engineering Department. Upn cmpletin f the draft cnstructive ntificatin, the applicant shall submit a cpy t the City fr review and apprval.
