18 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECORDING CONSTRUCTIVE NOTIFICATION After determining a develpment is required t cmplete a Strmwater Cntrl Plan (SWCP) with pst cnstructin Best Management Practices (BMPs), the applicant (land wner/develper) shall recrd a Cnstructive Ntificatin fr Private Strmwater Management System Operatins and Maintenance with the San Luis Obisp Cunty Clerk-Recrder s ffice. The cnstructive ntificatin shall be recrded prir t ccupancy. OVERVIEW OF PROCEDURE I. Cmplete Cnstructive Ntificatin and Exhibits The applicant shall fill ut the three (3) part cnstructive ntificatin prir t submitting fr review and apprval. (See DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS belw fr filling ut the Cnstructive Ntificatin, EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B frms.) II. Submit the Cnstructive Ntificatin & Exhibits t the Engineering Department. Upn cmpletin f the draft cnstructive ntificatin, the applicant shall submit a cpy t the City fr review and apprval. The cnstructive ntificatin shall be submitted t the fllwing address (r submitted via t the City cntact persn): City f Pism Beach, Engineering Department 760 Mattie Rad Pism Beach CA III. IV. Revise and Resubmit (if applicable) The applicant shall make any necessary mdificatins t the cnstructive ntificatin based n the City s review. The revised cnstructive ntificatin shall then be resubmitted t the City. Ntarize Cnstructive Ntificatin Fllwing City apprval (including City Representative signature n EXHIBIT A), the cnstructive ntificatin shall be ntarized. The applicant shall retain a ntary public t ntarize the cnstructive ntificatin. The applicant shall sign the cnstructive ntificatin and the ntary shall cmplete and sign the cnstructive ntificatin. V.
