9 2004 Smart Green Holding began as a part of an engineering company in Granada specializing in the study and development of sustainable energy solutions The team of Smart Green Holding, becomes a unit specializing in the photovoltaic solar sector, backed by German photovoltaic energy giant Beck Energy. HISTORICAL EVOLUTION 2009 The team of Smart Green Holding started its internationalization process through strategic research agreements and the implantation of a sales network in several different countries: Hungary, Chile, Italy, France, Colombia and the United Arab Emirates The Spanish company was restructured into a Group, made up of companies in the energy sector, which together have the capacity to cover and meet all market needs: Photovoltaic solar energy, Thermal solar energy, Energy savings in passive buildings, Energy audits and maintenance, financial solutions and marketing of solar collectors and monitoring systems.

10 2011 During this year, internalization process is consolidated with the offices of Smart Green Holding in Uruguay, Colombia, Chile, United Arab Emirates & Spain The separation of the Spanish company and Smart Green Holding was completed. From that moment, the two entities became independent of each other. Smart Green Holding inherits the offices in Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, and Emirates, acting as an Independent Company The company established a Technical Office in Philippines to increase the focus on Asian market. Today Currently the company provides turnkey solutions and EPC services in all types of renewable energy, mainly Photovoltaic and Energy Efficiency. Also the company provides full services in all other types of renewable energy, including wind, in association with the company s alliances. All of our engineers are highly-qualified and are capable of adapting to the exact requirements of the job to be completed. Our team provides excellent mounting and profile anchoring capabilities, topography, structure and panel mounting, at the rate of 5MW per week, in response to the requirements and the timing of the Works to be constructed. BUSINESS LINES Installation of Solar Plants ALLIANZAS One of the most-recent projects completed is located in Jordania, where has been conncected 50 MWp distributed in various ground installations. Last 2016 were finished and commissioned a ground fhotovoltaic plant in Tacloban, Philippines. The installation is a 50 MWp plant in the region of Palo. S o l a r P l a n t s Smart Green Holding installs the solar panel support structure using the same post-driving machinery used in the placement of security barriers on highways. In the images, one can perfectly see the support system that secures the solar panels to the posts.

21 Photovoltaic Projects Although the company is officially young in age, it has a wide experience and can confidently claim an experience of successful completion of more than 130MW of Solar Photovoltaic projects, through its expert staff worked under the same structure and management but before the company was registered as independent company under Smart Green Holding name. Below there is a list of projects which were built directly by company and/or had participation of the company s staff. EXPERIENCE Photovoltaic Projects MWp Rooftop Plant Castelnou France Rooftop Photovoltaic Plant of 12MWp, built on a car parking rooftop. In this project, crystalline silicon modules were selected to cover an area of 27 hectares. The project started early October 2011, and it was completed in 9 months. 1MWp Photovoltaic Plant Madurai India Ground mounted Photovoltaic Plant of 1MWp. In this project, poly-crystalline silicon modules were selected to cover an area of 2.5 hectares. The project started early March 2012, and it was completed in 4 months. 1.7MWp Photovoltaic Rooftop Plant Uglas France Ground mounted Photovoltaic Plant of 1.7MWp. In this project, Thin Film modules were selected to cover an area of 2.5 hectares. The project started early June 2012, and it was completed in 4 months.
