4 IMR 5000 IMR 5000 Continuous Flue Gas Monitoring System The IMR 5000 is state-of-the-art continuous flue-gas monitoring system, and is designed for a wide variety of flue-gas monitoring applications. The IMR 5000 is a stand-alone analyzer that works automatically. The rugged wall mounted enclosure meets NEMA type 4X (IP65) standards. The modular approach of the IMR 5000 allows one or more gases (up to 12 gases) to be measure simultaneously. The IMR 5000 uses the latest sensor technology from electro-chemical sensors up to NDIR benches. The IMR 5000 can be build to customer specifications Analog 4 20mA or 0 20mA, RS232, Ethernet, RS485 are supported by the IMR 5000 APPLICATIO S Boiler / Burners Turbines Engines Incinerators Process Control Landfills Cogeneration plants Page 1 of 10

8 IMR 5000 TECH ICAL DATA Function Process The Internal gas conditioning unit (peltier cooler or permeation dryer) dries and conditions the gas. The conditioned flue-gas is then analyzed by the individual sensors (NDIR or Electrochemical). Processing unit inside the IMR 5000 process this information and display it on its 5.7inch screen and relays the information to a monitoring computer provide by customer. Thanks to the software application installed in the monitoring unit, the customer is able to monitor this data. To calculate fuel efficiency the IMR analyzers store the most common fuel factors. Among other things the fact whether improvement is made through a blower or atmospherically is taken into account. If desired any other fuel factor can be entered by IMR. Apart from his IMR combustion gas analyzer have programmable storage locations so that the operator himself can enter unusual fuel factors on the job. The fuel factor program is modified according to countries so that for each country the appropriate fuel factors are available. 32 IMR 1440FL / COFL Exhaust Gas Analysis for Forklift Trucks The exhaust gas analyzer, IMR 1440FL/COFL, is designed to measure exhaust gases of Forklift Trucks that are powered by a variety of fuels. According to US regulations, the IMR 1440FL/COFL can measure soot and CO for Forklift Trucks. If state regulations require NO x, the IMR 1440FL/COFL can be equipped with a NO x sensor. The IMR 1440COFL is equipped with two CO sensors. One CO sensor operates in the low range and another CO sensor operates in the high range. This new model can also measure the exhaust gas pressure before the soot filter. The measurement of the flue gas temperature, oxygen, carbon dioxide and excess air are helpful for diagnostic reasons and the adjustment of the engine to minimize CO emissions. A flexible probe, which fits in most exhaust pipes, is inserted into the exhaust pipe and a clamp holds it in place. Measuring exhaust gases is not only important to help control pollutants like CO, but it also helps optimizing fuel efficiency and saving operating costs. IMR IR IMR Dimensions (inch): 16.7 x 7.3 x 11.4 Weight: 13 lb. (5.8kg) Useable for all fuels Solid, liquid and gaseous fuels have varying calorific values according to quality. To calculate fuel efficiency IMR analyzers store the most common fuel factors. The fact whether improvement is made through a blower or atmospherically is taken into account. If desired any other fuel factor can be entered by IMR. Apart from this IMR combustion gas analyzers have programmable storage locations so that the operator himself can enter unusual fuel factors on the job. The fuel factor program is modified according to countries so that for each country the appropriate fuel factors are available. 52 IMR 1050X IMR 1050X The newly redesigned IMR 1050X Combustion System Analyzer eliminates the number one hassle for combustion contractors; the annual replacement and calibration of the O 2 sensor. By replacing the electro chemical O 2 sensor with the EOS Technology CO 2 sensor, the IMR 1050X now takes direct CO 2 measurements and calculates the O2 level. This lowers the cost of ownership by doing away with the annual replacements of the O 2 sensor and reducing calibration drifting typically found with standard electro chemical sensors. The EOS Technology sensor has an unmatched industry leading life expectancy of 10 years! It is encased in a handy portable case. It is especially designed for use with the IMR 2000 P/ IMR 3000 P gas analyzer. The dust free gas is led directly to the IMR 500 P via heated tube without being cooled. Leading the gas through a tube, the outside of that has dry gas flowing over it, performs the selective and continuous removal of water vapor. The water vapor permeates the tube and is drown off by the dry gas while the other constituents remain. At the end of the operation dry and dust free gas is left. 65 DAFM3 Digital Air Flow Meter The DAFM3 Anemometer/Psychrometer meter is designed with 6 HVAC/R must have parameters in one instrument. These are included in a portable battery operated instrument for measuring Relative Humidity, Air temp., Dew Point, Wet Bulb, Air Velocity and Air Volume. The sensor is built into the remote fan and is specially protected by a twist cap. While in operation, open the cap for accurate temperature and relative humidity readings. The DAFM3 has the following features: Measures Air Velocity, Temperature and Relative Humidity Calculate Wet Bulb, Dew Point, and Air Volume (CFM, CMM) Protective twist cap for temperature/humidity sensor 8-Point Average for Air Velocity 60 Second Average for Air Volume Total Volume from multiple outlets Large LCD digital display Professional remote vane English/Metric scales Low battery indication Fast response Microprocessor circuitry for reliability Auto Power Off selectable Powered by 1 9V battery One year limited warranty Specifications Temperature Relative Humidity Dew Point Wet Bulb Temperature Air Velocity Air Volume Power Dimensions -4 to 140 F (-20 to 60 C) Accuracy: +1 F (+0.6 C) Resolution: 0.1 F (0.1 C) 0 to 100% RH Accuracy: +3% at 10 to 60% RH +5% at other range Resolution: 0.1% -90 to 158 F (-68 to 70 C) Accuracy: +3% at 10 to 60% RH +5% at other range Resolution : 0.1% -7.6 to 158 F (-22 to 70 C) Accuracy: +3% at 10 to 60% RH +5% at other range Resolution : 0.1% 0.3 yo 35 m/s (1 to 114 ft/s) Accuracy: +5% Resolution : 0.1% 0 to m3/s (0 to cfm) Accuracy: +5% Resolution: 0.1( ) or 1 ( ) (1) 9V Alkaline battery or 9V > 200mA adapter Meter: 175 x 70 x 33 mm Vane: 170 x 77 x 40 mm Distributed By:
