18 CCG1-Sustainability-Selection Criteria Sustainability Plan must include: Initiatives that result in permanent benefits vs. temporary benefits Initiatives that result in benefits that can be easily verified and quantified Initiatives that can clearly be enforced, maintained throughout the Project, and documented Initiatives that clearly demonstrate return on investment.
