This plicy statement sets ut the Cmpany s visin, missin, gvernance, cmmitments and initiatives twards implementing CSR thrugh inclusive grwth. The Cmpany being a subsidiary f Ktak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL) ( the Bank ) it shall als supprt KMBL in implementing their CSR initiatives alng with its ther Subsidiary Cmpanies. Visin T psitively cntribute twards ecnmic, envirnmental and scial well-being f cmmunities thrugh Crprate Scial Respnsibility agenda. Missin Create a lasting value fr cmmunities by: Prmting and supprting educatin and ther interventins fr the under privileged Encuraging emplyee vlunteering Supprting Nn-Gvernmental Organizatins and ther institutins with financial and ther resurces t cllectively deliver cmmunity initiatives Gvernance Ktak Securities Limited has established Bard-level Crprate Scial Respnsibility Cmmittee which is respnsible fr mnitring, reviewing and apprving CSR initiatives and expenditure. The Cmmittee shall make recmmendatins t the Bard n CSR plicy and related matters. The Cmpany s CSR Bard Cmmittee cnstitutes f three directrs namely ut f which ne directr shall be an independent directr: Accrdingly the fllwing are the members f the CSR Bard Cmmittee Page 1 f 5

(Directr) and Mr. Nshir Dastur (Independent Directr) Statement f cmmitment The Cmpany at all times, is cmmitted t: Engage with cmmunities t understand their material expectatins and cncerns, and will cnsider these material expectatins and cncerns t design its CSR agenda. Implement, mnitr, review and evaluate CSR initiatives t achieve the desired utcmes in a transparent manner. Undertake prjects in the areas prmting educatin, enhance vcatinal skills and livelihd, prmting preventive healthcare and sanitatin, reducing inequalities faced by scially and ecnmically backward grups, Sustainable develpment, Relief and Rehabilitatin, and interventins twards cleaner India under Swachh Bharat Missin with the aim t serve cmmunities at large t transfrm their lives. Partner with Gvernmental agencies, Nn-Gvernmental Organizatins and ther institutin t cllectively deliver the cmmunity develpment initiatives and supprt such rganizatins and institutins with apprpriate and necessary resurces. Encurage its emplyee t cntribute and vlunteer fr varius cmmunity develpment initiatives. Ensure that surplus arising ut f CSR initiatives is utilized t further augment CSR agenda and des nt frm part f the Cmpany s prfits. Cmply with all legal prvisins applicable fr CSR and adpt industry best practices, where feasible. CSR Initiatives Prmting Educatin: The Cmpany endeavrs t enhance the accessibility and affrdability f quality educatin fr deserving underserved sectins f sciety including special educatin. Educatin will remain the primary CSR fcus area fr the Cmpany, and the initiatives will fcus n prviding financial and ther resurces supprts t schls by prviding infrastructure including schl buses, schlarships and caching t deserving children, parents, teachers, headmasters, principals and administratrs t prvide hlistic learning envirnment fr children at schl and hme. This will als include prviding mid- day meals and creating relevant infrastructure such as specialised fd delivery vans, utensils, kitchens, warehuses etc and ther required nutritin and health related supprts t the children. The educatin initiatives will be primarily implemented thrugh Ktak Educatin Fundatin (KEF) as well as ther identified implementing agencies and by the Bank s CSR team. Page 2 f 5

3 Enhancing vcatinal skills and livelihd prjects: The Cmpany will wrk twards imparting vcatinal skills t deserving children and yuth, wmen, elderly, and the differently-abled. The prgrammes/prjects will aim at hlistic develpment f these children and yuth, wmen, elderly, and the differently-abled thrugh technical and sft skills and enhances their livelihd pprtunities. The vcatinal skills and livelihd prjects agri-based vcatins such as farming, dairy, etc will be primarily implemented thrugh Ktak Educatin Fundatin (KEF) and the Bank s CSR team, and ther Nt fr prfit rganisatins and NGOs and such ther agencies wh wrk in the interest f cmmunity in this space. Prmting preventive healthcare and sanitatin: The Cmpany will undertake prjects/prgrammes directly and/r thrugh implementing agencies wrking in healthcare and sanitatin dmain including but nt limited t imprving access t healthcare facilities by prviding ambulances, screening vans, mbile health units etc, prviding preventive and curative care including palliative care, health check-up camps fr varius age grups t spread awareness twards cancer preventin, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculsis, Malaria and ther cmmunicable and nn-cmmunicable diseases and illnesses, prviding health checkups fr children cvered under educatin initiatives and sensitizing the children n persnal and cmmunity health and hygiene. These initiatives will be implemented thrugh Ktak Educatin Fundatin (KEF). On a case by case basis, the Cmpany will als undertake prjects/prgrammes in the fields f healthcare, sanitatin, eradicatin f hunger and malnutritin, and prvisin f access t safe drinking water. The Cmpany shall cnduct peridic bld dnatin drives. Reducing inequalities faced by scially and ecnmically backward grups: The Cmpany directly and/r thrugh implementing agencies will supprt NGOs wrking twards rehabilitating scially and ecnmically backward sectins f sciety by prviding safe huses thrugh cmmunity huse building initiatives. The Cmpany shall als supprt NGOs wrking twards prmting gender equality, empwering wmen, setting up hmes and hstels fr wmen and rphans, aanganwadis, panchayats, cmmunity halls, setting up ld age hmes, day care centers and ther such facilities fr senir citizens and reducing inequalities faced by scially and ecnmically backward grups including tribal, marginal / landless farmers, landless laburers, such peple wh are belw the pverty line acrss all segments. Sustainable Develpment: The Cmpany directly and/r thrugh implementing agencies including Ktak Educatin Fundatin will supprt prjects/prgrammes twards Page 3 f 5

4 sustainable develpment r sustainability activities such as tree plantatin either directly r thrugh an external stakehlder / NGO. The Cmpany shall prvide supprt t NGOs wrking twards maintaining eclgical balance, prtectin f flra and fauna, animal welfare, agriculture, agr frestry, frestry, cnservatin f natural resurces and maintaining quality f sil, air and water including investing in prjects/prgrammes fr and water cnservatin/ harvesting adpting green technlgies, waste reductin, recycling and reusing (3Rs) and renewable energy. Further the Cmpany will extend supprt t Nt fr Prfit Organisatins. NGOs, Institutes, Institutinal Bdies and ther such rganisatins that are cmmitted t and wrk in areas f Envirnment-Scial- Gvernance (ESG), Sustainability, CSR either thrugh direct activities r in the frm f advisry, plicy advcacy and stakehlder awareness etc. Relief and Rehabilitatin: In cases f natural calamities and disasters, the Cmpany will supprt relief and rehabilitatin activities undertaken by the Prime Minister s Natinal Relief Fund, Chief Minister s Relief Fund r any Central r State Gvernment Bdy / Bdies r NGOs, Crprate entity r a grup f Crprates including the Ktak Mahindra Bank r its Subsidiaries r the Ktak Educatin Fundatin directly Clean India: The Cmpany will wrk directly and/r thrugh implementing agencies including Ktak Educatin Fundatin wrking twards making India clean but nt limited t initiatives such as Swacch Bharat Ksh, Clean Ganga Fund, etc. This wuld encmpass a brad spectrum f initiatives including cleaning f rads, bus statins, railway platfrms and such ther public facilities, building cmmunity tilets and public sanitatin facilities, cleaning Ganga and ther rivers, educatin and awareness generatin n persnal, husehld and envirnmental sanitatin. Sprts: The Cmpany thrugh Ktak Educatin Fundatin r thrugh an NGO and Nt fr Prfit Organisaitn supprt rural supprts, natinally recgnized sprts, Paralympic sprts and Olympic sprts including the training and develpment f sprtsmen f the said sprts. 5 Mnitring and Reprting f CSR activities and spend The fund utilizatin reprt will cnfrm t the frmat prescribed U/S 134 and U/S 135 f Cmpanies Act, 2013 and as per the updates / revised ntificatin issued by the Ministry f Crprate Affairs frm time t time. The CSR team will ensure cmpliance and keep the CSR Cmmittee and the Bard infrmed n CSR activities and CSR spends.
