These local efforts are important as this ARB Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWMP) is, for a large part, guided and implemented by these local plans and the projects these agencies (or partnerships of local agencies) initiate. This ARB IRWMP does not supersede the autonomy or authority of any local agency. This appendix includes nine tables that organize identified local planning documents by the following topic areas:.
