Moments from the project implementation The hand-pumps for 10 boreholes for Murgab communities delivered and distributed to the sites The hand pumps spare parts

Moments from the project implementation # of 2 Wool carding machines # of 2 Generators with 7 kwt capacity # of 2 Vacuum & Clean machines

Current condition of the communities before the sub-projects implementation The animals roaming around canal Current drinking water source of Ghudara village The water goes to Ghudara village through canal The people of Ghudara village keeping the dirty water in cisterns until the earth sediments before consumption

Current condition of the communities before implementation In Karakul village In Rankul village Inside of the boreholes which the people get the water with a bucket

Main Challenges Currency exchange rate fluctuation (EUR/USD/TJS) and changes in prices in the market; Capacity of local service providers ( suppliers of materials, design institutions, construction companies); Short construction season ( example Murgab district) Remote and difficult to access project areas require more time for travel
