2 The Fuergy Ecosystem Fuergy isn t just creating competition for utility companies; it s bringing an entirely new and better way of generating electric energy. Fuergy is designed to be the cornerstone of the energy ecosystem of tomorrow. Through its hardware device, blockchain and its own token, it creates a completely new energy ecosystem that offers new opportunities equally to all participants, removing the problems of today s inefficient and subdued energy market. Fuergy has bridged the gap between ecological and economical, ushering in a new wave of environmentally-friendly energy production. The constantly expanding Fuergy energy ecosystem consists of blockchain-intertwined virtual microgrids and energy communities that include private individuals, corporations, public institutions and other entities, all of whom produce, store and exchange green energy between each other using Fuergy tokens. In the new energy ecosystem, each kilowatt of electricity is produced and consumed in a controlled manner. There will be no need to protect the ecosystem s participants from excessive electricity prices as they will be determined by demand and supply rather than market speculation or the influence of non-transparent utility companies. The core functioning of the new energy ecosystem will remove the network s negative effects and eliminate the need for authorities and intermediaries who do not contribute actual value to it. Market Every consumer of energy is our potential customer, whether it is a household, a hotel, a supermarket or an industrial plant. Potential customers include those who already utilize renewable energy, as well as those who plan to begin producing green power. We re capable of making existing renewable energy solutions even more cost-effective and increase their ROI without necessarily changing anything in the installed equipment. This conversion model of financial return (based on real sunshine data) is calculated for a family house with a 10 MWh annual consumption located at 48 N, for example in Munich, Germany: today without battery PV panels 5 kwp Inverter 10 kw real financial return 20 years today with battery PV panels 5 kwp Inverter 10 kw Battery 19,6 kwh real financial return 15 years with fuergy in new energy ecosystem PV panels 5 kwp Inverter 10 kw Battery 19,6 kwh Fuergy real financial return 4 years Total global solar capacity reached about 302 gigawatts (GW) in By 2050, solar power is expected to become the largest source of electricity in the world, constituting 27% of global output. To make this happen, photovoltaic (PV) capacity must rise to 4,600 GW, of which more than half is projected to be installed in China and India. If these trends continue, it is projected that over the next four years, total installed worldwide capacity is going to more than double or even triple in size to over 500 GW. 3 Legal borders There is no need to create new legislation or build new grids for Fuergy to work. It is designed to operate on existing electric energy grids. The owner or manager of a Fuergy device does not need any additional licence in order to operate within all deregulated and most of regulated markets. Fuergy device The hardware device is Fuergy s physical component and it connects the battery with the renewable energy system, allowing green electric energy to be stored on the battery and shared with other Fuergy users. It is the device s control system. The Fuergy hardware device can be controlled either through the user s smartphone or through their PC. The hardware device can either house the Fuergy battery (with which it can also be packaged), or it can connect to the user s own preferred type of electric energy storage, which they purchase separately. The Fuergy hardware device is the building block of the Fuergy ecosystem. The hardware device uses Fuergy software to connect with other users within the Fuergy ecosystem, allowing them to efficiently share electric energy. Fuergy Connection Fuergy can be installed in both offgrid and ongrid settings. It can also be installed within a microgrid and it can control the entire microgrid. A detailed description of the functionalities offered by various types of installation can be found in the whitepaper. For the new energy ecosystem, the creation of virtual microgrids is the most revolutionary concept. This function of the Fuergy system has the potential to transform the energy market into something very different from what we have today.

4 Value proposition 1) Blockchain with an emphasis on the physical nature of energy Compared to other blockchain solutions, which are increasingly popular in technology and business world, the energy market has much more specific demands. As the network will consist of many participants with different relationships (both competitive and cooperative), the new energy ecosystem needs to be built as efficient, scalable, transparent, trusted and secure as possible. In the Fuergy ecosystem, this is primarily the requirement for unlimited and flexible scalability, multi-layer architecture of the node grouping for creating local communities and, in particular for the blockchain system, the potential to handle tens of hundreds of thousands of transactions per minute. 2) P2P Superstructure Community energy sharing Community Energy Sharing is a system that is an automatic superstructure of the standard Peer-to-Peer (P2P) of Smart Contract Transaction Clearance. Fuergy adjusts the contract between the seller and the buyer in real time, within the range of the maximum and minimum quantity. To ensure the functionality of this business-distribution model, one seller will simultaneously enter into a contract with multiple buyers and vice versa. This system will diversify the risk of non-availability or shortage of electricity and allow the real-bought and sold quantities of electricity to be automatically traded between all participating devices and communities after the 15-minute trading interval. This community has a maximum of 5 members usually the 5 closest points of origin. Unless energy needs are mitigated within the community, the demand for purchasing/selling electricity is shifted to the next closest community. 3) Custom hardware device From the outset of the project, the Fuergy system has been designed as a simple expandable system that can monitor and manage various renewable energy sources. By placing this device directly at the point of production and consumption, it performs the distributed computing node task with other devices with the ability to close transactions without having to engage in this authorization process. The Fuergy device basic version consists of a Fuergy control system and AC/DC converter, smart meter, inverter, built-in battery, and alternative power source (PV panels). 4) Virtual microgrids Virtual microgrids offer the opportunity to create communities remotely by connecting with your family, friends, neighbors, employees or your employer, or connect with your daughter s school. You can even connect the Fuergy devices of all public buildings within a single country. This will create the conditions for the emergence of a global network of interconnected virtual micro grids that will be linked from the outset to the new energy ecosystem. 5) Support of renewables For every 1 MW of green electricity produced, the Fuergy device owner will get 1 Fuergy token as a Green Energy bonus in addition to any other payments. By 2030, we plan to complete the redistribution of Green Energy bonuses in tokens. The Fuergy hardware and software platform will then be released to third party devices that will be allowed to participate in the new energy ecosystem. The ecosystem will grow rapidly by a large number of new users, which will significantly increase the demand for the limited amount of Fuergy tokens and thereby greatly increase their value. 6) Rapid expansion The architecture of Fuergy and its software platform is designed to be modular and easily modified. This will allow us to quickly establish Fuergy devices on liberalized markets for electric energy. Since the Fuergy device is installed behind an official electrometer, there is no need for specific governmental permission to install and operate the device. The Fuergy device will be certified and approved to operate in all deregulated and most of regulated markets.

5 Competitors what is our advantage? Thanks to our team s extensive experience with the energy sector, we realize that basic P2P form of electric energy trading is, despite the popularity of a great deal of blockchain P2P platforms, still unsuitable for mass implementation. If we are to experience a true change of the energy market thanks to the blockchain, all transactions must be automatic and to the maximum benefit of the customer, without needing his or her manual input. This is why Fuergy has a unique approach in which it connects various energy communities, which is an extension of P2P trading. This way, it works automatically and with maximum efficiency thanks to the utilization of the blockchain platform. Fuergy Token The new energy ecosystem will include a large number of entities that will have different incentives for the use of Fuergy tokens. They will serve to express the value of all mutual transactions among all market participants and will be the basic pillar of new energy ecosystem. In addition to the primary producers and consumers, they will serve as the transaction currency for all service providers of new energy ecosystem. Lower energy cost Users can set up their own community and save money by synchronizing the electric energy sharing and consumption of all Fuergy users within it. Virtual Microgrids Users can create custom virtual microgrids with other on-grid Fuergy users and take full advantage of efficient energy sharing, regardless of how far away they are from each other. Automatic electric energy trading Transaction within the Fuergy network are automatic, based on the calculations and predictions of Fuergy devices, but the owner of the device has the option to manually control all transactions. Uses an existing grid Fuergy uses a built-in distribution network. It does not need building a new network infrastructure for its operation. Support of renewables The Fuergy device makes full use of renewable energy s financial potential. The ecosystem incentivizes its adoption and supports its continued use through the Fuergy bonus scheme. Protection of the environment Fuergy assist in the development of RES (renewables) and controls them in a way that boosts their efficiency to the maximum. By doing so, it removes the need to run fossil fuelled backups which decimate the environment. Trustless marketplace Interconnecting all Fuergy devices via the blockchain will create a transparent marketplace in which there will be no room for subjects that bring zero value. Electromobility Fuergy exploits the potential of electric vehicles and at the same time suppresses the negative network effects caused by the growing number of electric cars. Scalability Fuergy brings these benefits to all users regardless of their size or consumption. It is easy to scale and implement from single home to large factory or city.
