12 February 1994 State discharge permit issued by TNRCC Lake Remle addressed in other requirements section as transfer of reclaimed water for purpose of reuse Specified required quality, quantity and flow Requirement of 1:10 ratio of reclaimed water to fresh water established, but subsequently deleted by endorsement (responsibility assigned to user per Ch. 310)
