7 Conduct Energy Planning Review of the organization s activities which can affect energy performance. Legal & others requirement Energy review Energy baseline Energy Performance Indicator Objective, Target & Action Plan Conduct Energy Planning (Cont'd) Identify SEU Analyze energy use and consumption Identify the areas of significant energy use Identify other relevant variables affecting significant energy uses Significant Energy Uses : (Energy Consumption > 80%) Stock Prepration (SP) Paper Machine (PM) 6

8 Conduct Energy Planning (Cont'd) Establish Energy Baseline & EnPI Baseline(2012): Establish an energy baseline(s) using the information in the initial energy review considering a data period suitable to the company Record methodology for determining and updating Baseline & EnPI Conduct Energy Planning (Cont'd) Set Objective, Target & Action Plan Identify, prioritize, and record opportunities for improving Establish, implement, and maintain action plans for achieving its objectives and targets Target 10% reduction by end of 2014 Define Criteria of Priority 23 E.C.O identified Details Action Plan method of verifying the results. 7
