The most important element in the early stages of these stages to be shown is the unbelievable increase in environmental pollution. Health problems created by this pollution threatening humanity and the other living beings are important problems waiting for solutions. Even if the first thing that comes to the mind when you say Environment is the nearest places around us, Environment term is quite global. Environment means the places where people live continuously. Seas, mountains, plains, rivers, lakes, plateaus, greens comprises the natural environment the environmental problems in not only others cities but also any place in the world interest and affect all humanity and even all hiving beings. To leave a better environment to the next generations is the duty of everyone. Modern person is the person who pays attention to environment cleaning. Modern Person has responsibilities to the society and to its country. And one of these responsibilities is to have environmental consciousness. The most serious environmental pollutions nowadays are air, water and soil pollutions. Air Pollution Nowadays, Gasses emitted from the exhausts of the vehicles, wastes formed as a result of fuel s not being burned properly, factories which don t install filtration systems to their chimneys, facilities which don t collect the wastes formed as a result of their processes with their filtrating units cause air pollution. Polluted air is the air unfavorable to respiration. Polluted air increases respiratory system diseases. It tires our respiratory organs. Air pollution may even cause deaths. Our company, who has consciousness of and responsibility for this air pollution, has aimed at the environment and environment consciousness with the product portfolio that Our Company has created.

3 BAGHOUSE DUST COLLECTION (JET PULSE) FILTER CYCLONE Industrial dust collector is a unit. It collects dusts formed as a result of the operations in the processes. It enables the air to go out as filtrated. Filter cloths made up of polyester felt are used as a filter element. System elements are comprised of spiral, air lock and centrifuge. It may be used with a cyclone unit according to system requirement. The filter unit works with 6;7 pressure air. The pressured air entering the system performs shaking operation via selonoid pulse valve+electronic remote control card, and enables filter elements to be cleaned. Filter Design Criteria change; According to emission values ( legal limits for each dust is different.) According to physical and chemical characteristics. Filter trunk and equipment may be produced from black material or stainless material. Day by day, emission of dust and gasses outside, arising from the production the industrial sector has been taken under strict control with new environmental laws. Within this frame, Jet Filter Units has made themselves gain the most important equipment characteristic taking part in the solutions of these problems. Cyclones in the category of industrial dust collectors are the equipment used directly or before jet filter to collect solid particles. They work according to principle of their leaving the dust after a cyclonic movement from the entrance point of the device of dust. Air lock, weighted flap and impermeable bucket may be counted as equipment of the unit. Because Cyclone collects coarse-grained material in respect of its structure, fine materials within the dusty air can be removed outside. If this value is within the accepted limits, cyclone itself may be used as dust collector. Cyclones may be produced in different designs according to characteristic and efficiency of the dusts. Cyclones may be produced as horizontal and vertical Cyclones. In current conditions, vertical Cyclones are generally used. Criterion determining cyclone dimension is the flow rate of air sucked. Cyclones which are not chosen or produced in suitable dimensions become problems themselves instead of creating solutions. Therefore they must be used in the processes as a result of correct engineering works.

4 WET TYPE DUST COLLECTOR OIL COLLECTOR It is a type of dust collection units. It is used effectively in the processes having spark risk with dust and gas mixtures in humid surroundings. The result is obtained by enabling the air sucked to interact with water intensely. The part enabling the system to work in the product properly is the Pump. * Bituminous Work * Being galvanized *Chemistry * Ceramics * Burning Units * Marble * Process of odor purification Are the places where this product is used intensely. Wastes kept in the system are given to a pool. If there is a purification system within the facility, they are precipitated and the process ends. It can be produced from black material or stainless material according to characteristic of the process. They are the units realizing filtration of oil vapors formed at the end of operation in the processes making industrial production. There is 4-step filtration in the product. Filtration is realized from the inlet part of the product. The air filtrated is exhausted outside with the help of the fan. Grains of oil collected are transferred out with the exhaust at the part below. Filter elements are comprised of the products which can easily be replaced and whose supply can be made in a very short time. Design and the production of the Product are made by our company. It can be produced in every capacity according to system need. This Product is usually produced from black material.

5 INDUSTRIAL FANS CENTRAL SYSTEM BRUSH UNIT INDUSTRIAL CENTRIFUGE FAN AXIAL FAN Centrifuge fans are the most important product of industrial Dedusting, (solid and dust) material transfer and ventilation systems. - They have double suction and and single suctions designs. - They are grouped as sparsely-winged ones or thickly-winged ones. Those sparsely-winged are graded according to their pressure values. - Those with low pressure - Those with medium pressure - Those with high pressure Production material can be used as black and stainless material. -Direct-couple - direct-coupled with coupling. - With belt and pulley Axial fans are generally used for ventilation in the processes. However, project based special production axial fans are produced. Carbon steel, stainless, cast material (aluminum or welded) are used as production material. Propulsion system is classified as; Direct-couple - direct-coupled with coupling. - With belt and pulley At the plants when industrial productions are made, they are devices, that collect dusts and wastes forming while production, which cannot be collected by filtration, in a unit centrally. Capacities of the units are determined according to result of the planning regarding the characteristic of the work to be done. Facility Planning to be made according to the product capacity in the project is very important. There are important details in the production of the facility to be produced. The device is comprised of cyclone + jet filter + air locks and blower equipment. Suction system accessories must be provided in addition to these. At the places where this product works, equipment, such as brooms, buckets, shovels etc. disappears. The main point is that compressor air used for the machine cleaning is disengaged therefore an important income is also gained from this perspective. Dusts rising from the machine in the cleaning made with the compressor spread to another area and also stay in the same atmosphere. Because of this, in terms of human health, dusts flying round the air permeates into the lungs via respiration. With Central System brooms, all these problems disappear.
