2 For over 50 years, Aquatrols has built a global reputation for innovation, reliability and value by delivering the results you need to achieve success. Now, more than ever, making the best use of water and other resources is essential -- and Aquatrols is leading the way. Our team of scientists and technical professionals are continually seeking more effective solutions to address the unique challenges of both the industry and your turf. Trust Aquatrols to improve your turf conditions.

3 Why Use Surfactants? As a Sports Turf Manager, you are expected to maintain quality sports fields and playing surfaces, while being mindful of water conservation and reduction in chemical use. This is where Aquatrols soil surfactants come in. Aquatrols soil surfactants can help with problems ranging from localized dry spot to over-wet turf, by helping to move water and everything it carries off of the surface and into the soil profile for safer, firmer, more uniform playing surfaces. By including soil surfactants in your turf management program, you can ensure uniform delivery and distribution of water, fertilizer, and pesticides, and can achieve higher quality playing surfaces while minimizing run-off and reducing water use by more than 20%. Preventative/Monthly Programs Preventative surfactants ensure consistent water movement into the rootzone for more uniform playing surfaces, improved rootzone environments, reduced water use and improved chemical efficacy. Aquatrols Penetrants Penetrants ensure rapid infiltration of irrigation, for more efficient delivery of water, fertilizers and chemicals into the soil, which allows for maximum performance, less runoff and reduced water requirements. For Stressed Turf-Repair and Supplement Promote faster wetting and re-wetting of stressed turf for rapid recovery from dry spots and other existing water management problems. Perfect for syringing or hand-watering.

4 Revolution is not your typical wetting agent. It s the only soil surfactant that is proven to balance air to water ratios in the rootzone under wet or dry conditions. By managing moisture more efficiently, Revolution keeps surfaces drier for firm, safe turf and better playability. This patented formulation gives you consistent moisture control for healthier turf and better playing surfaces all season long. Produces drier, firmer surfaces Allows deep and infrequent irrigation without sacrificing playability Dramatically reduces the need to hand water Strengthens plant s natural ability to withstand stress and disease pressure Also available in spreadable water dispersible granular formulation.

5 (a) Revolution (b) Untreated Untreated Revolution Keep Moisture Levels Uniform Trial results from the University of Arkansas (2005) indicate that the regular use of Revolution resulted in more uniform soil moisture, no matter what the conditions. When more water than necessary was applied, the Revolution treated plots had lower, more favorable soil moisture levels while the untreated plots moisture levels were excessively high (a). When drought conditions were imposed, Revolution retained optimal levels of moisture in the treated plots while the untreated plots dried below acceptable levels (b). Maintain Consistent Quality Trials conducted at Virginia Tech (2003) showed that Revolution treated turf maintained great turf quality and withstood the effects of environmental stress June 2 June 9 June 16 June 23 June 30 July 7 July 14 July 21 July 28 Aug 4 Aug 11 Aug 18 Aug 25 Volumetric Water Content Quality Rating Revolution Control Revolution Liquid: Apply monthly at 6 oz per 1000 sq. ft. in 2 gallons of water (190 ml per 100 m 2 in 8 L of water). For full plant health benefits, Revolution must be applied one month prior to the onset of stress conditions and monthly throughout the growing season. Revolution SWDG: Apply 3.75 lbs per 1000 sq. ft. Apply monthly beginning at least 1 month prior to the onset of stress conditions. Less than 0.25 inches (6mm) of rainfall or irrigation is necessary to release Revolution off its carrier.
