13 THE UPPER SNT MRGRIT WTERSHED INTEGRTED REGIONL WTER MNGEMENT PLN PPROVL In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into by unanimous board approval on June 26, 2007 by the RIVERSIDE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ND WTER CONSERVTION DISTRICT, hereinafter called "DISTRICT", the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, hereinafter called "COUNTY", and on July 12, 2007 by the RNCHO CLIFORNI WTER DISTRICT, hereinafter called "RC WD". The DISTRICT, COUNTY, and RCWD, hereinafter collectively "GENCIES", have worked collaboratively with the stakeholders of the Upper Santa Margarita Watershed in Riverside County to complete preparation of the first IRWM Plan for the geographic area. The GENCIES have participated in the entire planning process in accordance with the MOU and have reviewed and agreed on the goals objectives and projects included in this IRWM plan which contains significant major public infrastructure and conservation projects. The GENCIES have noticed and held hearings for preparation and approval of the IRWM plan and implementation application. The GENCIES collectively and with the Stakeholder dvisory Committee in accordance with the MOU approve the referenced Integrated Regional Water Management Plan for the Upper Santa Margarita Watershed and proceed to seek funding of included projects by application for funding in Proposition 50 Chapter 8, Round 2.
