4 11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION INHALATION The product presents no appreciable inhalation hazard when used as directed. May cause irritation of the mucous membranes to some individuals. INGESTION Not a likely route of entry due to the physical nature of the product. EYE CONTACT Liquid may produce irritation. SKIN CONTACT No evidence of sensitisation potential. No appreciable hazard. Some individuals with very sensitive skin may show some skin irritation. CHRONIC TOXICITY Ingredients in this preparation are not classified as carcinogenic or mutagenic according to the CHIP 3 regulations. 12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION Based on data for component materials. B 422 SCRUBS liquid is predicted to have a low potential to bioaccumulate. Liquid biodegradability is expected to be high. Surfactant content of product complies with the minimum 80% biodegradability requirement of EEC directive 82/242. Empty containers (Polypropylene) are not readily biodegradable but are potentially recyclable. 13.
