ADOPTION OF AGENDA Moved by Bob Stone PC92-15 IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: The Planning Committee Agenda dated June 18, 2015 be adopted as printed and circulated. Carried. 3. DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST - Nil - 4. REPORTS Christopher Brown outlined the nature of the projects and factors to consider when looking at each project. 4.1 a) Deputation Gregg Anderson, Ethosolar Inc. (Schedule A ) Mr. Anderson outlined the proposed project. Deputation - Ludwig Biliko Mr. Biliko expressed concerns in regards to the look of the project, the affects in waterways, swamp area and wildlife, water quality, the proposed buffer zone, clearcutting and existing forested area as well as the overall property value in the area.

Moved by Karin Terziano PC93-15 IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: Report No. DEV dated June 18, 2015 prepared by Christopher Brown, Senior Planner, regarding Bullock & Forth Fit Application 75 Clarke s Lane submitted by Ethosolar Inc., be received; AND FURTHER THAT: The Senior Planner recommends approval; AND FURTHER THAT: Planning Committee concurs and recommends approval of the request in regards to the project to be located at 75 Clarke s Lane; AND FURTHER THAT: consideration. The FIT resolution be presented to Council for final Defeated. 4.2 a) Deputation Gregg Anderson, Ethosolar Inc. (Schedule B ) Mr. Anderson outlined the proposed project. b) Report DEV SCCEC 4.0 LP IESO FIT 4.0 Program i) 15 Marsh Road W Christopher Brown outlined the Report. Moved by Karin Terziano PC94-15 IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: Report No. DEV dated June 18, 2015 prepared by Christopher Brown, Senior Planner, regarding SCCEC 4.0 LP - IESO FIT 4.0 Program submitted by Ethosolar Inc., be received; AND FURTHER THAT: The Senior Planner recommends approval; AND FURTHER THAT: Planning Committee concurs and recommends approval of the request in regards to the project to be located at 15 Marsh Road W; AND FURTHER THAT: consideration. The FIT resolution be presented to Council for final Carried. 4.3 a) Deputation Rob Hitchcock and Stephen Tunks, Abundant Solar Energy Inc. Mr. Tunks made a presentation on the solar industry in general and withdrew all applications on the Agenda for consideration that were submitted by Abundant Solar Energy Inc. 4.4 a) Deputation Rob Hitchcock and Stephen Tunks, Abundant Solar Energy Inc. As per Agenda Item 4.3 a).

Moved by Jason FitzGerald PC95-15 IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: Report No. DEV dated June 18, 2015 prepared by Christopher Brown, Senior Planner, regarding Fanotech Enviro Inc. - IESO FIT 4.0 Program submitted by Solar Power Network, be received; AND FURTHER THAT: The Senior Planner recommends approval; AND FURTHER THAT: Planning Committee concurs and recommends approval of the request in regards to the project to be located at 220 Old North Road; AND FURTHER THAT: consideration. The FIT resolution be presented to Council for final Carried. 4.6 a) Deputation Soventix Canada Inc. - Nil - b) Report DEV ML Solar Projects LP IESO FIT 4.0 Program i) 1318 Highway 141 Christopher Brown outlined the Report. Moved by Jason FitzGerald PC96-15 IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT: Report No. DEV dated June 18, 2015 prepared by Christopher Brown, Senior Planner, regarding ML Solar Projects LP - IESO FIT 4.0 Program submitted by Soventix Canada Inc., be received; AND FURTHER THAT: The Senior Planner recommends denial; AND FURTHER THAT: Planning Committee concurs and recommends denial of the request in regards to the project to be located at 1318 Highway 141.
