21 .Current Results of ULH-MHP Project Capacity Building and Localization Over 150 delegates visited IRI first pilot site including international visitors, Technology localization started in India for next two sites, Policy Advocacy MNRE of Gov. of India included ULH-MHP in policy guideline in 2014, State Gov. developed MHP policy <2MW, First grid connection proposal with UPCL underway for 10 kw unit in Uttarakhand 21
