9 Standard and Customer Programs ü Standard Cash incentives for common measures C&I lighting, HVAC, Refrigeration New Comprehensive energy savings offer ( kW) The more projects completed, the greater the incentive Two year project reservation Energy management assistance offer ( kw) The quicker projects are completed, the greater the incentive Two year project reservation; assigned energy manager ü Custom Provides cash incentives for more complex projects not covered by Standard Process or system improvement Process Automation or new technologies 9

10 Small Business Program (<100 kw) ü Offers free energy assessments and incentives for common improvements, e.g. lighting retrofits, LED lamps, occupancy sensors ü PY9 Focus on increasing participation in more non-lighting measures: HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, Smart Thermostats 10

11 New Construction New Construction Program ü ü Eligibility: A new construction or major renovation w/ a minimum of 5000 sq. ft. Implement at least 2 significantly beyondcode energy conservation measures of 4 listed primary building systems: Envelope, Primary HVAC, Lighting, or Qualified Refrigeration New: Higher incentives are available for earlier engagement 11

12 Optimization ü Industrial Systems Targets Medium to large industrial customers 500kW peak demand and greater Eligible Systems Study Compressed Air Process Cooling Industrial Refrigeration Study Provider Studies exclusively by vetted Service Providers Project duration: months ü Retro-Commissioning Objective is to identify / implement low-cost energy savings improvements to building operations: Control of building systems, e.g. HVAC, lighting systems Opportunities for therm savings Identification of equipment retrofit opportunities & available incentives ü Options are now available for 12 all building sizes

13 Business Instant Lighting Discounts (BILD) ü Provides instant discounts to distributors on qualifying: LED screw-in products LED exit signs Reduced wattage T8 and T5 lamps ü Discounts are only available on products that meet program criteria and listed in the Approved Products List 13
