Rasuna Said Blok X-2 No.1 Jakarta Selatan 12950, P.O. Box 2431 Gbr., Jakarta 10024, INDONESIA Telephone: /-2505 Telefax number: /-2515 Emergency information: Telephone: Composition/Information on Ingredients Chemical nature: Water based product form of a hydrophobic UV absorber Hazardous ingredients Classification* Content (%) CAS-No.: EC-No.: Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl),.alpha.-sulfo-.omega.-hydroxy-, C12-14-alkyl ethers, sodium salts Xi R 36/ *) The wording of the hazard symbols and R-phrases is specified in chapter 16 if dangerous ingredients are mentioned.

2 Page: 2/6 3. Hazards Identification Classification not required Hazards: No special hazards known. 4. First-aid Measures If inhaled: Move to fresh air. Seek medical attention if you feel unwell or if exposure prolonged. In case of irritation of the respiratory system or mucous membranes, seek medical attention. On skin contact: Wipe immediately with absorbent paper or textile towels. Wash with plenty of soap and water. Do not use organic solvents. If skin irritation or dermatitis commences or persists seek medical attention. On contact with eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes taking care to wash under the eyelids. Seek medical attention. On ingestion: Rinse mouth and then drink plenty of water. In case of spontaneous vomiting be sure that vomitus can freely drain due to danger of suffocation. Do NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention. 5. Fire-fighting Measures Suitable extinguishing media: carbon dioxide, foam, dry powder, water spray Unsuitable extinguishing media for safety reasons: water jet Combustion products: Carbon oxides., Nitrogen oxides, Toxic and irritant gases/vapours. Exposure hazards: Do not release chemically contaminated water into drains, soil or surface water. Sufficient measures must be taken to retain the water used for extinguishing. Dispose of contaminated water and soil according to local regulations. Special protective equipment: Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus. Full protective clothing. 6. Accidental Release Measures Personal precautions: Avoid inhalation and ingestion, avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.

3 Page: 3/6 Environmental precautions: Prevent entry into sewage systems, ground and surface waters. Methods for cleaning-up or taking-up: Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust). Collect waste in suitable containers, which can be labeled and sealed. Do not wash indiscriminately down the drains. 7. Handling and Storage Handling As with all industrial chemicals, use good industrial practices when handling. Avoid eye, skin, and clothing contact. Do not inhale. Do not taste or swallow. Use only with adequate ventilation. Handle and open container with care. Do not breath vapours spray or mist Storage requirements: Store between 5 C and 30 C, do not store in direct sunlight, stir before use. Keep only in the original container. Keep container tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. 8. Exposure Controls and Personal Protection Technical measures/precautions: Ensure adequate ventilation to minimize the build-up of dust or vapours. Respiratory protection: Wear respiratory protection if ventilation is inadequate. Hand protection: Protective gloves. Eye protection: Tightly fitting safety goggles (chemical goggles). Skin and body protection: Closed footwear. Working clothes. 9. Physical and Chemical Properties Form: dispersion Colour: white to yellow Odour: mild ph value: Melting point: approx. 0 C Boiling point: approx. 100 C Sublimation point: Not applicable Flash point: Not applicable Flammability:

Ecological Information Toxicity to fish: Toxicity to aquatic invertebrates: Toxicity to aquatic plants: Toxicity to microorganisms: Transport between environmental compartments/mobility: no data available Biodegradation: Bioaccumulation: no data available Additional remarks environmental fate and pathway: Do not discharge product uncontrolled into the environment. Other ecotoxicological advice: This preparation is not classified relating to its environmental hazards applying the conventional method described in EU Directive 1999/45/EC, Annex III. 13. Disposal Considerations Waste from residue/unused products: Residual chemical should be disposed by incineration or by other modes of disposal in compliance with local legislation. Contaminated packaging: Contaminated, empty containers must be disposed of as chemical waste. Clean packaging material should be subjected to waste management schemes (recovery recycling, reuse) according to local legislation. 14. Transport Information Domestic transport: Land transport (ADR):
