5 Connecticut Green Bank Delivering Results for Connecticut Investment mobilized nearly $1.2 billion of investment into the state s clean energy economy so far. Energy Burden reduced the burden of energy costs on over 26,600 households and businesses. Jobs created over an estimated 14,000 total jobs, translating to an estimated 7.5% to 20% of total job creation in CT over the Green Bank s first 5 years.* Clean Energy deployed more than 250 MW of clean renewable energy helping to reduce over 4.0 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions that cause climate change. Tax Revenues deployment of clean energy has generated over $50 million in sales, individual, and corporate tax revenues to the state.
