Our electric power is guaranteed as 100% renewable by the Spanish Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC). By supplying renewable energy, we have contributed to making sectors such as transport, telecommunications, infrastructure, industry or health and cultural services more sustainable. We provide clean energy to large customers that operate in the most varied sectors, among other: rail transportation, water desalination, telecommunications, commercial distribution and the automotive industry. We have both private contracts and contracts with Public Administrations. Our renewable energy customers include large public and private companies such as Repsol, Canal de Isabel II, Volkswagen, Apple, Danone, over twenty Spanish museums (among them the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen Bornemisza museums) and other relevant corporations. We are the Spanish representative, not the dominant player, with the largest volume of energy traded on the market. We offer our customers the security and stability of belonging to a business group of recognised solvency. We offer our services as a representative before the Market Operator, the System Operator and the CNMC, to manage the sale of your production in the electricity market, benefiting from the "portfolio effect" by incorporating your energy into ACCIONA's offers. The current remuneration system implies that the total remuneration of renewable facilities is exposed to the resulting price in the spot market. Thus, we offer different types of prices in order to mitigate the risk for our customers. We can supervise and regulate your facilities from the ACCIONA Renewable Control Centre (CECOER), which runs 24h a day, 365 days, being one of the most advanced in the world. ACCIONA provides advice on everything related to the promotion, engineering, construction, design, operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities in the main technologies: wind, hydroelectric, biomass, solar thermal or photovoltaic. ACCIONA undertakes the principles set out in Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (REMIT), which aims to guarantee that consumers and other market participants can trust the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market. In its activity of origination and marketing of offsets linked to its own developments.
