2 I became interested in waterfalls back when we were searching for ways to make living and working spaces more friendly for people. We were trying to create truly harmonic environments, spaces which would dramatically affect people in positive ways. We know that the design of a space, the shape, the materials, the colors, the furnishings, the use of objects of beauty, and the lighting are all important elements in determining how we feel. 4 Our process is easy: Partnership and the Design Process Developing the Design Concept Engineering Fabrication Installation Supervision We assist you in realizing your design intent by: Working with architects and interior designers to develop concepts Providing technical specifications for projects of any size or budget Delivering a detailed proposal that meets your specifications Once an order is received, our engineering department will work on custom shop drawings for your water feature. Our project managers will review all drawings with you and provide recommendations to ensure that the product meets your specifications. After the drawings have been approved we will fabricate, test, crate your product for shipment, and coordinate the delivery to coincide with your schedule. We will provide recommendations to help ensure that by the time of installation, the site is ready to receive the water feature. A certified technician will supervise the installation and demonstrate setup, operation, and maintenance of your water feature. Materials of different opacity and effect (tempered, patterned, colored, cast or textured glass) can be used depending upon your specific needs.
