AIM scope involves engineering, fabrication and supply of 2 nos identical 3-phase production separators. Similar vessels were earlier supplied to PDO for Burhaan & Musallim fields (first & second module) making it a proud moment for the team to rejoice its repeated success of such unique supplies (one of the largest separators fabricated in Oman). AIM surpasses its own benchmark through a recent order award for Yibal Khuff Project against strict international competition for fabrication and supply of a cladded separator weighing close to 300 MT. Upon completion, this would further enhance AIM s expertise and dominance under critical & heavy process equipment category. Secondary Story Headline

2 P a g e 2 A I M N E W S L E T T E R DISPATCH OF PRODUCT STORAGE TANKS FOR AMAL SOUTH PROJECT (PDO) AIM successfully delivered 10 nos shop fabricated storage tanks from its Rusayl factory to Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) for Amal South Project. STORAGE TANKS FOR BP KHAZZAN CENTRAL PROCESSING FACILITY AIM s Manufacturing facility at Rusayl is fully equipped to handle fabrication, testing & assembly of all types of Shop & Site fabricated Storage Tanks for Energy Sector. AIM recently delivered an order for engineering, fabrication & supply of 5 nos large sized dome roof tanks for BP s CPF Khazzan project through Petrofac. Image on right side is of dome roof structure assembly in progress at site. AIM currently execute a similar order (Six Tanks) for Amal Phase- 1C Project of PDO through Client WPOE.

3 M A Y P a g e 3 ENGINEERING, FABRICATION & SUPPLY OF NUT SHELL FILTER SKID PACKAGE FOR PDO Similar WNSF skids were supplied in the past by AIM to PDO & OXY for various projects. AIM successfully dispatched 3 nos Walnut Shell Filter (WNSF) skid packages from it s Rusayl facility to Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) for Amal Steam Surface Facilities Phase 1C Project. Order was realized through one of it s group company, AIES. The complete 3D modeling for these skids were done in-house through AIM s engineering office from Muscat (Al-Rusayl). AIM s expert engineering team encompasses highly experienced and talented individuals of various discipline and functionality (Viz. Static, Structural, Tankage, Piping, E&I, Etc.). The interconnecting pipes used in the skids were manufactured in-house though AIM s automated pipe spool fabrication facility and are internally rubber lined to withstand extreme corrosiveness. These skids were assembled, hydro tested at AIM s facility and upon successful FAT they are dismantled for local transportation. With strict environmental standards and stringent client requirements, the oil removal technologies previously used do not always meet the standards required resulting in the implementation of technologies like Nut Shell Filters.

4 P a g e 4 NA ei wm s Nl ee tw t Se Lr E T itt El R e DISPATCH OF PIG LAUNCHERS / RECEIVERS FOR PDO AIM offers custom engineered pipeline products Pig Launchers / Receivers for energy sector with complete pig handling and safety devices for reliable operation. AIM recently delivered large sized (40 x 36 ) Pig Launcher / Receivers to Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) for their various projects in Oman. AIM in the past has supplied many such Pig Traps (Standalone & Skid Mounted) to various clients across the Industry. FABRICATION OF PIG LAUNCHERS / RECEIVERS IN ACTION AT AIM RUSAYL FACILITY

5 VM oa ly u m2 e 0 1 6, I s s u e 1 P a g e 5 FABRICATION & SUPPLY OF FLARE GAS RECOVERY SKID PACKAGE FOR PDO AIM recently dispatched a Flare Gas Ejector Skid Package for SNGP Project of Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). Installation of Gas Ejector along with complete fabrication & installation of DSS piping was handled by AIM. This project further adds on to AIM s expertise on modular skid packages. These students with special needs were hosted and explained with sign language throughout the visit by similar skilled employees of AIM who impart sign language.
