3 INSTALLATION For the installation of the product, only standard tools are needed. USE Servicing and maintenance : Under normal conditions of use, this product requires no servicing or maintenance. Consumables : No consumables are necessary to use the. END OF LIFE Development teams integrate product end-of-life factors in the design phase. Hazardous waste* contained in the product: no hazardous waste (*) Hazardous waste as defined by European Commission decision 2000/532/EC. Recycling rate: Calculated using the method described in the IEC/TR technical report, the recyclability rate of the product is estimated as 94.9 %. This value is based on data collected from a technological channel using industrial procedures. It does not pre-validate the effective use of this channel for end-of-life electrical and electronic products. Separated into: - metal materials (excluding packaging) : 66.3 % - plastic materials (excluding packaging) : 2.3 % - packaging (all types of materials) : 30.3 % ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS The evaluation of environmental impacts examines the stages of the life cycle: manufacturing, distribution, installation, use and end-of-life. IIt is representative from products marketed and used in North America. For each phase, the following modelling elements were taken in account: Manufacture Distribution Installation Use End of life Software and database used Packaging taken into account. As required by the «PEP ecopassport» programme all transports for the manufacturing of the, including materials and components, has been taken in account. The waste generated during manufacturing phase has been taken into account. Transport between the last Group distribution centre and an average delivery to the sales area miles [3500km] as defined by the PCR version: PEP-PCR-ed 3-EN The end-of-life of the packaging is taken into account at this phase Under normal conditions of use, this type of product requires no servicing or maintenance. No consumables are necessary to use this type of product. Product category: PSR0003-ed1.1-EN-2015_10_16-Cable_Management_Solutions Pre-equipped service poles, service posts and multi-outlet extensions. Use scenario : non-continuous operation (30% of the time) for 20 years at 30% of rated load. This modelling duration does not constitute a minimum durability requirement. Energy model: Electricity Mix; United States The default end of life scenario maximizing the environmental impacts EIME V5 and its database «CODDE » and the indicators defined ine the PCR ed3 in alignment with the EN standard.
