Database Search & Advertising 1) Recruitment Database containing over 10,000 candidates from all over Pakistan 2) Access to various jobsites, Facebook & WhatsApp Group for marketing and advertisement Interviewing & Evaluation 1) Up to date and detailed CV s obtained and assessed against the JD s 2) Initial telephone interviews followed by face to face interviews with qualified Interviewer. 3) Candidates are skill tested in order to assess them against the JD s. Placement & Monitoring 1) Applications submitted to client for consideration and arrangements made for Interviews. 2) Temporary workers constantly monitored to assess performance. Organize over 500+ Polio Eradication Training Programs at each and every Towns / Districts in Karachi. We provide all kinds of material stuff for training and Logistics as per the Client s needs and Requirements. This Project is being assigned to us through third Party Contract by Sidat Hyder Morshed Associate (Pvt.) Ltd and Xcelsior Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. This project was started in 2016 and will end up in 2021 b) OK Camp by KYI DAI Provided voluntarily services in OK Camp at Mubarak Village; which is being conducted by Youth Impact in collaboration with Karachi Youth Initiative (DAI), develops Young Peace Leaders of Karachi with the power of Outdoor Education and Experiential Learning. c) Student Advisory with Newport Institute of Communication & Economics It was a two months Project and being given the below mentioned responsibilities. Support Services, as a Student Advisor of Newports Students Facilitation Services. Implementations of all Extra-Curricular Activities / Events / Guest Speakers Sessions / Meeting / Conferences / Exchange Programs / In-Campus & Outreach Activities as per Curricular Calendar.
