2 Welcome to Lights Camera Kale Lights Camera Kale, founded by Jennie Fagen, helps companies bring wellness initiatives to their employees in an empowering and interactive way. Our clients include over 30 companies, including ING Financial, PayPal, Digital Ocean, and LinkedIn. We are now on a mission to empower the start-up world and create a culture of wellness and self-care for emerging companies, from the ground up. With a degree in Brain & Cognitive Science as well as Integrative Nutrition, Jennie takes a holistic approach to health, incorporating the importance of balanced eating, stress management, sleep, and mindfulness. Jennie has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, on NPR, and on the Dr. Oz show, and was interviewed by Inc. Magazine for her expertise in Workplace Wellness. Her passions include running, avocados, martial arts, singing opera, and the Buffalo Bills. She creates NFL parody songs, with her most recent song receiving 3.4 million views on Facebook.

10 Workshop & Coaching Day Descriptions Wellness Workshops These fun & interactive wellness seminars typically run 1 hour, with a 45-minute interactive presentation, and 15 minutes at the end for Q&A. We will bring relevant handouts and raffle prizes to keep employees engaged. Employees will leave with action steps they can take immediately, as well as have access to us for follow up questions and support. 1-on-1 Health Coaching Days Employees experience 20 minute one-on-one health & wellness sessions as conducted by a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Coaching Day last 4 hours with a 20 minute break allowed to the coach in the middle. Employees will work to achieve wellness goals such as losing weight, increasing energy, improving sleep, and reducing stress. At the end of every coaching session, each employee will have healthy lifestyle actions steps in the areas that most needed attention.
