MiracleFeet pilted CAST fr a year acrss clinics in India, Madagascar, and Cng-Brazzaville and is nw beginning its glbal rllut t MiracleFeet s 100+ partner clinics acrss 20+ cuntries, in additin t sharing CAST with ther rganizatins wrking n clubft thrugh the Glbal Clubft Initiative (GCI). Summary The mhealth Crdinatr will versee all aspects f CAST, including leading and supprting MiracleFeet s Prgrams team in rlling ut this applicatin glbally and administering the applicatin and assciated reprting tls, and cntributing t strengthening M&E prcesses thrugh technlgy systems. Key respnsibilities will include verseeing rllut f the app, training and supprting reginal staff and clinic end users, building reprts and dashbards in sftware new t the rganizatin, managing enhancements t CAST, and facilitating feed-back lps f data analysis. This psitin reprts t the Research, Evaluatin and Operatins (REO) Manager and will wrk clsely with all members f the Prgrams team (bth at headquarters and in the field). 2 Essential Functins 1. Lead CAST Glbal Rll-Out Lead MiracleFeet s glbal rll-ut f CAST t its 100+ partner clinics acrss 20+ cuntries. This includes wrking clsely with the HQ Prgrams staff and reginal prgram managers t develp a glbal rll-ut strategy as well as crdinating trainings and rll-uts at the reginal and cuntry level. Lead reginal and cuntry-level training f trainers (TT) Develp and refine training materials and resurces t supprt reginal- and cuntry-level trainers and clinic staff end users Supervise and supprt cuntries as they implement CAST, including assisting in the creatin f timelines, budgets and schedules, managing lgistics, and ensuring all necessary supplies are purchased and set up crrectly, including phnes and data plans Crdinate and trublesht data integratin between existing database (Internatinal Clubft Registry) and CAST Mnitr app usage pst rll-ut t ensure successful usage and wrk clsely with in-cuntry staff and Prgram Managers as needed t prblem-slve issues. Develp a plan fr making CAST available t ther rganizatins wrking n clubft via GCI and guide GCI members in implementing CAST. Prmte CAST t GCI members and prvide regular updates n prgress and learnings Identify and develp resurces t supprt GCI members in implementing CAST Manage cntracts as needed t share platfrm access with GCI members, such as subscriptins t CmmCare Determine criteria fr CAST-readiness fr GCI members and prvide training and assistance t get them started n CAST 2. Develp prcesses and systems fr supprting trainers, in-cuntry CAST administratrs and clinic prvider CAST users in the field as well as MiracleFeet Prgram Managers and REO Manager Develp resurces and best practice guidelines fr effective lng-term CAST usage pst rllut, such as refresher trainings and regular versight visits by bth HQ and incuntry staff Create and test systems fr increasing cmmunicatin and feedback between clinic staff, in-cuntry CAST trainers/administratrs, MiracleFeet staff, and the mhealth Crdinatr t allw fr effective remte versight f CAST in MiracleFeet s glbally disbursed prgrams Supprt REO Manager in identifying prcesses t facilitate using technlgy t advance M&E at all prgrammatic levels 4.
