We have strong links in the neighbouring countries and we can source candidates worldwide. Approach We approach identifed profi les confi dentially and conduct an in depth interview to screen their background, skills and engagement drivers. Report For those candidates matching your requirements, we introduce them to you with a detailed report, and guide your interview process. Check We conduct reference checks on short-listed candidates, both formal and informal. Facilitate We guide your decision-making and facilitate the contract negotiation. Monitor We monitor the probation period and support any problem-solving that might occur during the fi rst months of employment. Terms and Conditions We offer two different approaches to our search and payment methods. Option 1 Success Based We work on success-fee only, hence our expert team will be constantly on the lookout for potential candidates and will work towards fi nalising the position. We charge 2 months gross salary including fi xed allowances and benefi ts for a successful recruitment. This includes a 4 months replacement guarantee with a minimum fee of 1,000 $. Option 2 Retainer Based We charge 1.5 months gross salary including fi xed allowances and benefi ts for a successful recruitment, with a retainer of 25% of the expected fees at the start of the recruitment mission. The balance of 75% is paid upon successful fi nalisation of the candidate for the position. As you pay us a fi xed fee, we have a special team dedicated to your recruitments who will be using unique sourcing techniques to fi nd the right candidate. You will receive weekly process updates. This option includes a 6 months replacement guarantee with a minimum fee of 1,000 $.
