3 4.10 Objections to Solicitation Award Any objections to terms of this solicitation must be presented in writing within ten (10) calendar days of release of this solicitation. Any objections to evaluation or award of agreements must be presented in writing within ten (10) calendar days of date objector knows or should have known basis for its objection. 4 4.11 Debriefings Offerors shall be debriefed provided basis for agreement award, if a written request is received by Agreements Administrator within five days of agreement award. Offerors who fail to submit a timely request under this provision will not be debriefed. RFP Highlights.PPT Slide 4

9 Article X: Rights in Technical Data Computer Software... It is NAVSEA's intent to have technical data computer software rights necessary to procure systems subsystems, operate, maintain, upgrade DD 21 System subsystems throughout system life cycle. NAVSEA anticipates that Navy will need less than unlimited rights in Phases I II, but will require greater rights beginning in Phase III. 11 Article XVII: Teaming Arrangements During period of this agreement, no integrator or shipbuilder shall enter into an exclusive arrangement with any or integrator or shipbuilder with regard to design, construction, /or support of DD 21 System. In or words, no teaming arrangement shall preclude team members from simultaneously being on a competitors team.
