8 I understand and state: 1. That the information on this application is true to the best of my knowledge and that any misstatement is grounds for dismissal and liability. 2. That I authorize Piggie Park Enterprises, Inc. to contact my former employers or other references for reference checks. 3. If separated from this company for any reason and I have possession of company property, Piggie Park Enterprises, Inc. will withhold from my last paycheck the value of the property. In case of keys not immediately returned, Piggie Park Enterprises, Inc. will deduct the replacement costs of the locks.
