19 BRINGING A TALENT PIPELINE TO RWANDA Imagine 6,000 students graduating from college but only 600 jobs for those students. While another 120,000 job openings exist by require a different level of education. What are they facing? Unemployment. Underemployment. Employers need skilled workers. The youth need jobs, they want to work, but there is not a talent pipeline to help find their pathway to all the right opportunities and personal happiness and success.

24 RWANDA PHASE III GOALS Expanded access to the Rwanda Career Planning System. All Ages, every citizen. Mobile Lab. Delivery of professional development and training for all enrolled institutions as well as those training to become educators. Engagement and involvement from public and private sectors Kuder Connect 2 Business. Marketing, engagement, and sustainability program to educate and collaborate with all Rwandans about the RCPS and importance of career guidance. Evaluation to study the impacts of the program overtime.
