2 CORRIGENDUM Corrigendum to. BIICM/eL/ /60 dated Based upon the pre-bid queries, the amendments to the given below are issued. The amendments provide response to many of the queries raised by the bidders, and such queries are not being responded individually. Where no response is provided to a query, the Bank s position, as stated in the (including the amendments) remains unchanged or the query is in the nature of a suggestion or is not relevant to the requirements raised by the Bank PART II chedule of Events Point no 13 of chedule of Events : PBG Point no 16 of chedule of Events: Terms of Payment Delivery schedule/ Timeline for oftware olution: Delivery of License: Within 45 days from the date of Purchase Order ystem Configuration/ Customization / Go Live : within 60 days from the date of Purchase Order 2 years of TCO amount as PBG for 3 years period. 3 Installation & UAT Remaining 60% of Application software cost will be paid after successful Go Live. Quarterly payment will be made on production of invoice. In such case, the Bank shall give prior security, control, risk management, governance system and process created by the ervice Provider. The ervice Provider shall, whenever required by the Auditors, furnish all relevant information, records/data to them. All costs for such audit shall be borne by the Bank. During the transition phase, the existing ervice Provider shall render all reasonable assistance to the new ervice Provider within such period prescribed by the Bank, at no extra cost to the Bank, for ensuring smooth switch over and continuity of services. If existing vendor is breach of this obligation, they shall be liable for paying a penalty of amount equivalent to 2 years of TCO on demand to the Bank, which may be settled from the payment of invoices for the contracted period. The Bank may also require the ervice Provider to enter into a Transition & Knowledge Transfer Agreement as mentioned in Annexure - J1 notice to the existing ervice Provider. The existing ervice Provider shall continue to provide services as per the terms of contract until a New ervice Provider completely takes over the work.
