3 Why this? Why Now? Internationally - Recognition of the critical role of leadership in health system change LEADS national health leadership framework. Broadly adopted, including HPEI (2010), CCHL, CMA, CNA and many more LEADS 360 a starting point for feedback about my own leadership. For administrative & clinical leadership LEADS integrated into Performance and Development Plans to support career development and accountability

Involve staff, clients and stakeholders in the development, implementation and evaluation of work plans. Establish / use key performance / outcome measures to evaluate results and communicate progress Communicate plans and results to staff, clients and stakeholders
