The Housing Diagnostics and Benchmarking Service is designed by social housing professionals for social housing landlords. A strategic and operational tool it measures, analyses and offers insights into the performance of your organisation whether you are a local authority housing department, ALMO, housing association or any social housing provider. Our service is a full service benchmarking offering providing both comparative data and analysis with expert recommendations for moving your business forward. Other services provide only comparative data for self-analysis. This year s and last year s benchmarking have fed into two service reviews as they clearly demonstrated how our workloads and costs per 1,000 population compared to other similar authorities. The reviews have rationalised our team structures to maximise value for money for our residents. This year s figures will also be fed into a council-wide transformation.
