1 After an ETW request has been created, suppliers will begin submitting resumes for you to review. You can log into the FLEX system to view the resumes, request interviews, and assign a candidate to the position. From the FLEX Home Page 1. Go to Open Postings section to review pending requests. 2. View the Submissions column to get a quick overview of the total number of submissions as well as the number of candidates who have not been reviewed. 3. To review resumes select job title located under the Title column.

2 Under Candidate Information, you will see all the resumes that have been submitted for this request. Review Resumes 1. Select the link for the Candidate s Name to review the resume for that candidate. After clicking on the Candidate s Name, review the Candidate s resume, information, previous employment, qualifications and previous experience under the Candidate Information section. 1. Select the link under Resume/Portfolio Submitted label that will send you to an attachment for your review. 2. Determine how you will proceed with this candidate: Send Interview Request. Assign the candidate to the position. Reject the resume. CandidateResu

3 Reject Resume You may reject the candidate s resume by clicking Reject 1. Select the Rejection Reason from the drop-down list. 2. Enter Comments. o Detailed comments are critical to suppliers adjusting their search criteria. 3. Click Save. Request Interview 1. You may request an interview with the candidate by clicking Send Interview Request. 2. Select Interview Location. a. If the interview will be conducted by phone, select Phone. i. A drop down box will appear, select who the call will be initiated by (Interviewer or Candidate). ii. If the candidate will initiate the call, enter the Phone Number for the candidate to call. iii. If interviewer is selected, the supplier will provide a phone number for you to call the candidate. This will be included in the notification you receive from FLEX once confirmed. b. If the interview will be conducted in-person, select In-Person i. A drop down box will appear, select the Location from the drop-down list 3. Interviewers a. List all participants that will be interviewing with the candidate. 4. Instructions for Candidate Select the type of interview you will be conducting. a. One-on-one: Allows single interviewer to meet/speak with individual candidates. b. Panel: Allows multiple interviewers to meet/speak with individual candidates at the same time. c. Other: Other interview style. 5. Enter Further Details (if applicable such as additional instructions to the candidate).

4 Under the Additional Notes section: 1. Enter Availability Date. 2. Select Time Slot from the drop-down list. a. One i. If the One time slot is selected, enter the time the interview slot will start From. ii. Select the Time Zone from the drop-down list. iii. Select the Hours and Minutes for the Interview Duration. iv. Click Add Interview Times. b. Multiple i. If the Multiple time slot is selected, enter the time the interview slots will start From. ii. Enter the time the interview slots will go To. iii. Select the Time Zone from the drop-down list. iv. Select the Hours and Minutes for the Interview Duration. v. Click Add Interview Times. 3. After all time slots have been selected, please select Send Request. *Please add additional times as needed by repeating the steps above.

5 Assign the ETW 1. After reviewing the resume and conducting interviews, you may assign the candidate to the position by clicking Assign CandidateResume 2. Confirm the Start and Estimated End Dates. 3. Click Confirm Dates and Assign. *The FLEX system will automatically route the requisition for Band level approval.
