Strong performer Developed a consistent personal brand Shows up with professional presence Requires a bit of a boost to get on high-level radar 14

Sample Objectives: Pair protégé and mentors in a 1-to-1 relationship for a period of one year, with the option to continue Provide protégé and mentees with the tools to foster meaningful and lasting relationships Foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, learning, and growth Offer organized events for mentors and mentees to socialize and network in the office 26
