With over 23 years experience gained working for multi-discipline contracting companies, Jeanette has a passionate belief in the benefits of independent project management. 6 About Rapport A short summary of what we do Rapport brings together a team of Project Managers, Service Engineers and Cost Consultants working directly with tenant occupiers and landlords in the commercial property market. As independent consultants we provide specialist procurement management for tenants relocating or considering office fit out projects. The variety of work we have undertaken for our clients since our inception in 2008, coupled with over 23 years industry knowledge and experience, has enabled us to remove costly layers from contractor returns, control project costs and expand lines of communication between our client, selected contract teams and suppliers. As project managers, we take responsibility for project delivery and have the necessary expertise to help you manage the change your organisation will undergo. We take time to build a rapport across your business so trust and understanding will prevail throughout. We look after the whole process from creating workspace designs based on your business needs, preparing tender documents and ensuring that contractors performance is monitored and all costs are controlled. Construction Drawings Project Launch Client Brief Concepts Technical architects prepare detailed construction drawings based on approved concept plans. 13 Rosebery Housing Association Location Epsom, Surrey Size 5,730 sq ft Cost 268,491 = 46 sq ft fit out + furniture We have received very positive reaction from our staff about their new working environment and I wanted to send my thanks to you and your team for visualising our new office and making it a reality Business has resumed without missing a beat. - Deborah Pike CEO Rosebery Housing Association appointed Rapport Solutions as Management & Cost Consultants to oversee the design and fit out of their new offices at Newplan House in Epsom. Relocating from four floors to one floor of unified workspace the association were keen to ensure the resulting design supported staff and created flexible working space and business functions. Workshops during design development allowed requirements to be considered and incorporated. A fantastic break out space where staff could relax and chill out was designed to encourage interaction between teams. Investment in state of the art meeting facilities cater for formal gatherings and internal / external training requirements. Stringent cost controls were put in place through a two stage tender process which ensured transparency of expenditure across the board. 12
